1850 kcal Fat: 63.56g | Prot: 102.77g | Carb: 154.40g.   Breakfast: fiber one, polaner strawberry preserves, natural peanut butter, simply pink grapefruit juice, whole wheat bread, coffee. Lunch: whey protein, pasta sides, Pork loin. Dinner: scotch, miller lite, olive oil, spaghetti, Shrimp, robert mondavi merlot. Snacks/Other: pumpkin cheese cake. more...
