This is making me feel ugly and fat,,,,disliking myself right now

Hiya, don't get discouraged. EVERYONE has ups and downs within the week. Medication, hot weather, vitamin & mineral supplements, stress; can all make you retain water. If you weigh yourself every day, then take the average of the week for your actual weight (you won't be able to do that on FS), or weigh yourself once a week - but don't despair because that day could be your 'bad weight day' and you could be up a coupla pounds? Maybe measure your tummy - I had been retaining water for about a week (when a heatwave started) and the only reason I knew this was because my tummy was smaller, but my scales were not. Good luck.
