Happy Mother's Day to everyone! Today is Day 6 of no binge eating. It's been a struggle b/c of the chips in the house but I have stayed away. No, I can't get rid of them, I live with my bf and his sister right now and it is their food.
We had to go on a scavenger hunt for meat b/c the major food stores here didn't have any. Got 97% lean ground meat from Target.
Been TRE (time restricted eating) from 3 pm to 10 am. Although this morning I did have my breakfast at 8:30. No biggie. Tomorrow I am doing 1 week of OMAD (one meal a day) and just eating breakfast. Then on to 36 hour fasts for a week.
The fasts are helping me get my fasting blood sugar down - i went from the 300s to the 140s. Even with insulin, it was high. I am hoping to get rid of the insulin soon and just take metformin for the long haul while I lose weight.
Today I started an exercise program I found on facebook. It is for beginners and has standing only routines since I am not able to get on the floor right now. I can barely do the warm-up. It is so lame but I know that I have to start somewhere!

It all sounds great. So pround of you for getting that blod sugar down. So important right now to have well controlled blood sugar
