Maintain, maintain, maintain from here on :)
don't really need to lose any more weight, but I will try and shift a last few pounds.

My plan is as I am working out I will add it back on with muscle over the next few months.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 67.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
