please explain my RDI
Hi,

According to the site my RDI should be 2700 calories a day to maintain my weight.

For example today I have had approx 1700 cals and it says I have 191 left? how can this add up to 2700 I have even lowered my activity level to low active to see if it makes a difference but it dosnt.

I don't want to go into the red but I do want to eat my allowance of 2700 as I don't want to loose any more weight, is it best to ignore the figures and make sure I eat 2700 cals a day without inputting them anymore ?

Cheers

calorie deficit = success
If you want to loose weight I think you should on average aim for -500 or about 85% of you daily burn in calories a day this way you will loose 1lb a week which is a good steady rate.
