I'm tired and discouraged. I worked from early morning until 3 in the afternoon (funeral dinner), swam from 3:30 to 7:00 and came home and did animal chores. I stayed on track eating (I have been for weeks) and weighed myself today and gained. Grrrrrrr. If I don't get to swim after church, I am going to make a new recipe for supper and take a nap. I was grouchy yesterday and today...not fit to be around.

Thanks for the words of encouragement. I just found them today (July 12th) because I am still trying to learn my way around this site. I'm really not feeling much better. I think I need more variety in my diet. I've been in a slump with same foods lately. Tomorrow's a new day.

Perhaps you need variety or take some good vitamins, Centrum is a good choice. Also nutritious good veggies cooked in a stew with some chicken of beef. Remember to drink lots of water too....
