GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR..... I gained weight AGAIN! This is sooo frustrating. I have been walking everyday and doing more chores to keep active. I dont know what I am doing wrong. Could I have been gaining muscle since I was such a couch potatoe before? Grrrrrrr

That is definately a possibilty. KEEP DOING WHAT YOU ARE DOING! Do not get frustrated. Your body will adjust. It took a long time to get here it will take a long time to get back. When we are heavy, hydration can make as much as a 5 to 6 puond difference daily. Drink a ton of water and stay away from salty foods the day before way in. I know you are going to make this happen this time!

You could have buit up muscle, leaner but denser than fat... measure yourself - you may not have lost lbs but I bet you feel better in your clothes!

I have to say, YES, you have to journal to let yourself really SEE what it is that you are eating. If you don't have it in black and white, it is extremely difficult to remember every little bite, and unfortunately they all add up, rather quickly, lol. (Personal experience!) That being said, you have had a rather stressful day yesterday, so that is a major factor. Don't look back, dust off, chin up, drink your water and somewhere, write down everything you eat and drink. thedailyplate.com is a great place to easily log food/intake. I would also evaluate your salt consumption in the past day, that is usually a major culprit for a gain. YOU can DO THIS!! :)

Keep at it, it could be your body adjusting, maybe water weight. If your diet is good and you are walking it can't be fat. Hang in there ((hugs)) (O:
