Well...I need ideas for exercise from home. I am a single mom to a 2 1/2 y/o and a 3 month old and work 40 hours a wk...needless to say I can't really get out of the house to exercise. I need cardio, any ideas??

When you park your car, park the furthest from the entrance, take stairs wherever you go, take your kids for a stroller walk (they will fall asleep fast this way or burn off excess energy while teaching them exercise is good).

MinaNew is right. I used to love to load my kids up in their stroller and walk around the neighborhood. I also love to put on some music and dance around with the kids. We all love it.
