I have decided to get back on Fatsecret. I used this site after the birth of my first daughter and it really worked for me. Now that I have had my second daughter I need help. I do much better when I am held accountable for what I am putting in my mouth.
That being said...I am a single mother (by choice) of two wonderful daughters. I work 40 hours a week and am just such a busy person. I have found that on my down time all I want to do is eat, and I do, I eat nothing but crap! I really want to be a better example to my 2 1/2 y/o as far as eating and healthy snacking.
So that is why I am back...Let's do this!!!
