Well, today I came in under my calories but I had a Chipotle burrito for lunch. I didn't eat dinner to make up for it, and of course I'm starving. This is my own fault, I know. I just have these cravings for certain kinds of food and I feel like I will go nuts if I don't indulge. Tomorrow I have a goal to do better, hopefully I can go to the gym and come home and have a veggie burger. I've been really good with exercise and am swimming a lot. Tomorrow I am debating whether or not to get back on the elliptical trainer after my ankle injury. Maybe I'll just do the bike.
