Well, did OK yesterday... until ice cream thirty. BUT, only had a small amount - a cup maybe. Still working to unpack the few boxes left. They are seriously on my nerves. But after I get home, feed everything and then myself there is no more "want to" left. I think if I set myself a small goal to accomplish each day it will help. Wait, am I talking about weight loss or unpacking???????

I measured and our drive is a half mile one way. I think I will start walking/jogging it at least once a day. It will be good for the dogs too.

Ice cream thirty. Ugh. Yeah I feel ya. Dairy doesn't work well with me all the time. But in the small amounts it's fine. I love ice cream so much. I usually just buy the "Blue Bunny Personals" that way I can't gorge myself. Keep up the good work!

Unpacking is a big chore just like losing weight. However, think of the extra calories you expend lifting and moving the boxes and unpacking. You will get it done, just keep chugging away. Walking will be a great way to get in exercise and go where you need to. My dog always likes a walk too.
