So glad to be back.... Geez I hate entering the crap I'm eating! But that's the point. Back to thinking before I choose. It helps so much to know "I'll have to log that"...

Looking forward to my week off although it will be busy, but a good busy!

Knowing you'll have to log makes you think twice before eating crap, right? Also logging helps avoid underestimating what we eat! Great job being honest! :)
