4.2 off last week, 4 on this week.

4lb, = 14000 calories...

Calories consumed last week according to my food diary: 14020 (Okay I may be out by a few thousand there as a lot of that is estimated, but there is no way in hell a few thousand = a 4lb gain.

I reached that sort of thing a few months ago. You could weigh yourself tomorrow and find you have lost it again. It's very up and down and I don't go in totally to this calorie in and out theory. I found it was a case of I got used to a level of calories to lose weight and anything above caused gain as if my body went 'yippee food! I am holding onto that in case the bugger goes back to his diet!' in the end I had to slowly increase to my rid for maintenance. It still can shoot up after a bit of indulgence but drops off when normal service is resumed. Keep going it will be worth it :)

Yea I'm assuming it's water and/or the "other stuff". After all 4lb is still less than a 2% change.
