Well ive had a shocking week and cant seem to get out of my funk. Im logging all this food and Omg so much of it is crap. Been really down and letting all the small things get to me. Need to get it together. I am usually pretty positive and exercise reguarly. Wondering if its this cold weather. Going out early tomorrow for a 10km hike . Preprepared a spicey healthy vegie soup for lunch. Bring on a new day
