I had dinner planned, then I got home. Did several things, then was late starting my Avon deliveries. It usually takes me a couple of hours and if I start right at 6 I'm home by 8. . . this doesn't happen very often. It was 10 after 9 before I got home and I got hungry while I was out and stopped at Casey's for supper. Yikes, blew my calories for yesterday. Today will be better. . . I hope. Doing some grocery shopping and getting more fruits and veggies to have in the house for meals. I'm trying to direct my focus more toward eating better foods and less on calories consumed. I tend to ok any kind of crap by justifying that it fits within my calorie range. My focus is going to be more on health than weight loss. Eventually the loss will come with the better eating.

Goals this weekend, eat healthy, exercise, relax, think positive thoughts, feel good :)

I hate when you're plans don't work. Getting those healthy groceries will help. I've been trying to focus on getting more servings of veggies and fruit in too and that has helped me. I'm making my lunch for work and making myself have about 1 serving of veggies with lunch and 1 serving as a snack at work, then I try to get a serving or 2 of fruit in either at work or home. Doing that has helped because I get more full from the fruits and veggies so I'm not eating as much junk. It's taken me some time though to get used to the routine but now I'm even eating more fruits and veggies on the weekends. You can do this!!

Thank you! I know it's going to take a bit to get used to a knew way of eating, but I am ready for it.

It's hard isn't it?! You have plans and want to stick with them but there's always a monkey throwing a wrench into things! I totally get it, you're hungry and don't want to eat out, but if you wait to get home, then it's super late which isn't good either. What a roller coaster we are on! All we can do is keep trying! Good luck with the weekend and happy grocery shopping!

Thank you! Got my groceries, I ran around like a crazy woman, but we have strawberries, apples, bananas, lettuce, asparagus, sweet corn, and some other things thrown in for the weekend. Should be good eating, except maybe tonight. My mom's keeping the kids, so hubby and I will have a date night and probably go eat :) That's ok, I love our date nights!!
