I have come to hate myself for not being able to get control over my increasing weight. I am now, 6-13- going to spend considerable time on the Fat Secret web site to begin to plan which diet, and which meals to follow. My biggest failure is a horrible sweet tooth. My meals are well planned, but I sabotage every meal with a candy treat. I need to stop all purchases of cookies, candy rich desserts.
