I started Atkins induction 3 days ago. I have previously done the OWL phase and lost weight slower,but still lost. I will strive to continue the plan.

I am 80, and have both knee joints having arthritis pain when on my feet too much. I have had to stop walking a mile each day. I can do indoor waist & stretch xcises. I also have a glider xcise machine I can use indoors, now that it is in the 90's daily in Az.

I would like to find more low carb recipes, other than the Atkins programs.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
