Ok. Tonight I took a break from running. My husband and I took Abby bike riding at the trail. The first 4.5 miles are a nice up hill grade. It's tough. At our turn around point we saw the 4-point buck that we've been seeing the last few times. He's still in velvet. Coming back the slight down hill grade is a blessing. But my husband tells me to put it into the lowest gear and really push it back to where we parked. I don't think that I have ever gone that fast on a pedal bike before. LOL. Abby was on the back of my bike telling me to go faster. LOL. At the end of our journey, we normally walk for about a mile to stretch our legs, and to let Abby run off some energy. She doesn't do much on the back of the bike but sit. We came across another deer. This time it was a doe. Nice size too. Abby was so excited. She told me there's Bambi's girlfriend Helene. I think that's her name. But anyway it was a great ride and a great time. Tonight's exercise was fun. :-)
