Weigh in today lost 900g, would have liked to say a 1 kilo, but it is down & down is good!!! Best part is this is so much easier than the diet I was on before, I love being able to have what I want when I want, as long as I stick to my RDI it seems to be working, this is something I can stick to.. Very happy, I finally feel like I'm doing something good for myself :)
