Weigh in today lost 900g, would have liked to say a 1 kilo, but it is down & down is good!!!
Best part is this is so much easier than the diet I was on before, I love being able to have what I want when I want, as long as I stick to my RDI it seems to be working, this is something I can stick to.. Very happy, I finally feel like I'm doing something good for myself :)

Thanks Gina, off to pick up my nephew from airport today.. I was thinking that it might be a challenge to stick to my RDI but I think I might just be making excuses LOL I have decided since I am the one doing the cooking I can't really use having a guest in the house for not eating properly, I will be adjusting my food to suit my diet !!!! Just have to keep the alcohol consumption under control :( Catch up soon Karen xx
