Weigh in today 96.6kg, down 500g this week!! Was hopping to see a bit more gone, but considering I had free day yesterday I am very happy to see a loss... Total loss in 2 weeks is 2.9kg I'm extremely happy about that!!! Loving this change of diet, feeling so much better in myself, much more energy & I actually believe I'm going to make it to my goal weight this time :)
