Okay, I am doing really well, I just wanted a jump start on my weight loss for a week or two, then moving to 1200 calories with 2 days fasting for the rest. So far so good. Mother in laws birthday drinks and nibbles tonight, lunch out with family tomorrow, lunch with friend sunday, girlfriends dinner out sunday! I am just going to be very careful. I was thinking to only eat entrée and NO pudding or wine. I think that is do-able. yep and keep up my biking 10-15 mins a day, maybe increase that by 5 mins.
