Slow progress. Did dip down to 154.5 one day last week, but seem to be plateauing at 156.5.
156.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1671 kcal Fat: 57.08g | Prot: 65.60g | Carb: 158.86g.   Breakfast: Kind Healthy Grains Vanilla Blueberry Clusters with Flax Seeds, Blueberries, 1% Fat Milk, Coffee, Sugar, Noosa Raspberry Yoghurt. Lunch: Grimmway Farms Carrot Chips, Butter, Cheddar Cheese, Egg White, Egg, Sweet Cherries, Blue Corn Tortilla Chips, Frontera Mango Key Lime Salsa. Dinner: Trader Joe's Laceys Cookies - Dark Chocolate Almond, Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, Trader Joe's Wild Salmon in Yogurt & Mint Sauce with Orzo Pasta, Spinach & Zucchini. Snacks/Other: Pistachio Nuts. more...
