Time to get back on the wagon... I'd taken off a month. Didn't really gain, but certainly didn't lose like I need to. My new goal is to drink lots and lots of water!
145.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
