Ok well feeling a bit disappointed this morning, the scales are up 1.6kg, I think I am following the diet properly & I am getting in a good hour of exercise every day, so am hoping it's just fluid retention!!!! Thinking it might be time to stop weighing in daily & just once a week, the stupid things do my head in sometimes LOL

Hey Chick, Yeah don't let those rotten things rule you! I think we make that mistake all the time...this time I am NOT doing it. I know its hard to stay off them...put them away somewhere...out of sight out of mind! We can do it...hang in there. xox

You are so right!!! We have made the same mistake too many times already, time for a change I think!! I am really enjoying this site, my focus is now on sticking to my calorie allowance & upping my exercise, that has to see some good results xox
