Ok. I took a short vacation from FS. Not for good reasons or any reason at all. I just didn't feel like logging my food or thinking about everything I was putting in my mouth. I also didn't exercise much, maybe a couple of days. I need to get my butt back in gear. Tomorrow is a new day. Must. Get. Focused!

Thanks, Kathy. I weighed this morning at 118, so I guess I lost a little. I would call it maintaining though. I think I was there before my leave of absence. Hoping I can stay focused at reach my goal in the next couple of weeks.
