Official weigh in is not until tomorrow, i'm hoping for a miracle before then... stepped on the scale this morning and it went up from tuesday....and i'm doing better than i was on vacation... which frustrates me. Forgot my shakeology this morning, woke up late, have a rash on my back (hoping its an allergic reaction) somehow managed to get off at the wrong exit on my way to work even though I have gone this way for 3 years. This morning things just aren't going right.

Those are the mornings I just want to turn around and start over, LOL. Some mornings are so "off" that I forget silly, but important things for some reason ... like deoderant (that happened ONCE) or wearing mis-matched shoes, conditioning before shampooing, or forgetting my laptop. Hopefully the day will get better for you! And the weight-loss will happen. Sadly, it takes time... but you are committed and that counts more than numbers on a scale.

Thanks! The afternoon has been a little better than my morning started. Except my turn signal on my car decided to die so now i have to go get a replacement bulb for that. I'm just glad i have off from my second job tonight so i can relax and get a good workout in.
