In an effort to stop obsessing over this weight thing I took some time away from this sight this summer. But one of my "buddies" sent me a challenge request and then I found another that inspired me also, so I am returning. I will have to see if charting my food and exercise again makes me too crazy, but I want to give it a try. My focus these days is on being fit through regular exercise. I do well with clean eating when I am not dealing with my TOM. Then it is an all out battle for me that I confess I lose for about a week each month! I tend to gain a lot of weight that I fight to get off for the rest of the month and then the cycle begins again. Thus my explanation (or is it an excuse) for why I can't get the rest of this weight off. Sometimes I am really okay with being where I am at and then other times (usually TOM) I am sickened over it. I am looking forward to these challenges and wish everyone great success! Blessings...

Yep, glad to see you back buddy. Whether you like charting your meals or not, remember it's simply boils down to maintaining a healthy balance overall. It ain't about the numbers. It's about being thankful that we're so blessed to have our life, health, & strength, and have the opportunity to better our health. While we concern ourselves with weight numbers, food, and status, soooo many people are in harsh & in bed-ridden conditions that they can only dream about doing simple things like walking & exercising. So keep up that great effort (even during TOM) buddy. You're a great inspiration to folks like me. :)
