I am a 38 year old mom of 11 & 9 year old boys, and a 3 year old girl. I have struggled to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight since my third. I began working out about a year ago, but didn't lose a pound until I really started to watch my diet carefully. I am in probably better shape than I have ever been in, and have set a goal of running a 5K this summer. I love to work out, but don't love to watch what I eat. I tried to do this alone for a long time, but now realize I need the support of others who understand this struggle. Here's to those last five pounds - what I feel are THE HARDEST to shed!!!
