Thank you for the comments on my last journal. While I am disappointed in my weight gain, the whole weight loss journey should be looked at in a more positive way. As long as I keep up with healthy eating and exercise this time next year I could be at my goal weight. :)

I corrected that last sentence for you: WHEN I keep up with healthy eating and exercise this time next year I WILL be at my goal weight. :D Enjoy the journey and you will get even faster results. You can do it!!
