I cut down on my food intake this morning - and already now, less than 3 hours later, I could totally eat again. <Sigh>

This weekend, baby shower at my house - and totally ate alot. Didn't feel like it, but it was heavier stuff than I normally eat. Then there was some candy left over and my will power walked out the door. And I hid the containers in the bottom of the trash can so my husband wouldn't see them.

Doctor appt on Friday was good - thankfully I haven't messed up my feet by wearing heels too much. Basically for whatever reason, the foot padding is thinner, so each time I pound the pavement (so to speak)it's harsher to my feet than it was. I'm wearing earth shoes, sitting on an exercise ball at the office, and still being as active as normal. Suggested to put a toe pad in my covered toe shoes for some extra support. Weight (fully clothed with shoes - 230.5)

Doctor appt today - the annual one every woman just looks forward to. So wahoo - I'll get weighed again. (don't really care) Not looking forward to the discussion of my weight. Not looking forward to the explanation (Daddy's passing).

Elliptical arrives tonight. I think my husband is anxious. I've called his bluff.

Forget the weekend and focus on today, and if you have to eat 3 hours after the first meal, then eat a small snack. You'll get your elliptical and then you can start kicking butt with that.
