I am doing pretty well with the food, but I need to get in the gym more. I have to get serious and buckle down if I expect to run a 10k in June. I feel like I can live with 1500 calories a day. I'm not starving, and it's not making me lose superfast, but I have been weighing myself and if I can keep it going for more that 5 days, I actually lose a couple of pounds. I think I can keep at it and start chipping away at the 170's again. Man, I can't wait to weigh 168 pounds - that would be my lowest in about 13 years. I am still on board for this!
