3 oranges a. Lean cuisine lasagna lunch and a spinach salad for supper my reward-- I gained another pound at this so when does it stop I thought weighing over 200 pounds was bad enough looks like I will see 300 before summer

by the looks of your food journal if your doing the atkins diet no offence but you are not doing it right your carbs are to high your fat is to low and you are putting your body in starvation mode by not consuming enough calories, get the book (THE NEW ATKINS FOR NEW YOU) that should help you understand how to do this diet right so you can have sucess. you have to get your body in ketosis so that it will start burning fat you can google ketosis and that should help you understand what it is. hope this helps you and good luck on your weight loss journey

Also, in addition to what beth mentioned, I've noticed that even on the days that appear to be low carb that the carbs eaten are the wrong kind. The TYPE of carbs you eat matter just as much as the amount of carbs. Just the fact that you mention that you're "starving" is an indication that you're not doing Atkins correctly. Are you tracking absolutely everything you eat every day? How much water are you drinking? Are you eating low carb candy, bars, or shakes of any kind (like Body By Vi)? Those stall and in many cases stop a person's weight loss altogether. Have you read Dr Atkin's book, or are you just trying to "do Atkins" relying on what you've heard/read from others? (My opinion, the 2002 edition of the Atkins New Diet Revolution book is best, and actually written by Dr Atkins--the newest book isn't).

you also cannot have sugar that is a no no that will keep you from being in fat burning mode
