I'd say any protein would work, only because the only powder I like is chocolate lol. Will do vanilla almond if plended with yogurt or fruit though lol. Another great one is a can of low sodium tuna or any left over chicken or something you may have in the fridge.

I would advise you go to TheVitaminShoppe .com and look through their selection and decide what is best for you. I just got Sun Warrior Blend to try because it so natural. Tasted good to me. I can also send you some links on different ideas on things to make your shakes with if you want

I'm with her, besy price for most things I get is Vitamin Shoppe and over 50.00 ships free. Protein powders give you lots of varieties for shakes.

I use greek yogurt or tzatziki (greek cucumber yogurt dip.) Tuna, tzatziki, diced peppers or cucumber... yummy!

Thank you all. I went on the website looking for this tuna recipe and if course I got sidetracked and ended up checking out every fish recipe on there. ( I'm trying to eat more fish). I found a good one with Ritz cracker toppings. I'm not much of a cook,( I'm really good at burning stuff though lol.) so any recipes or cooking advice I can get is always welcomed.:-D
