first nutristionist visit

My body fat percentage is 16.6%
Aim is to drop to 15%
Goal is to lose weight around stomach mainly and tone up
weight is 57kgs
I will be on a 1000 calorie diet eating every couple of hours
vibra-train for 10mins 3 days a week
30-45mins cardio 3 times a week
