Today is not any better for me than yesterday was. You will all notice there is nothing much added to my food diary and that is because I was very queasy all day and most of the night. Today I still have the nausea but I have no other real symptoms so I have come to work to get my shift in and over with. I work with some real great people and just know that the night will go well. I am tired and stressed out and have to be honest ( and this maybe the low blood sugar talking )I am the crankiest witch this side of the west.. The good news is that I am off tomorrow and can try to get myself on track. Well folks, I really must get back to my customers but thanks for listening. Hope each and every person reading this today is having a great day!
