Day 9 of the DFW Madness Challenge and doing ok but last night my DH had to pull out the ice cream!! I took several spoonfuls from his bowl but stopped at that. Must be the time of year 'cause normally I don't care about ice cream. I worked for an ice cream company one summer back in university and ever since then I don't have a true love of ice cream anymore...had too much that one summer!! We got out yesterday for a walk/run and I was in the right mood and pushed it. We did our 2.5 km in just 17 minutes. Usually we're in around 17:45 to 18:00 minutes. We'll see how today goes for the run. Plus tonight I'm helping out with the farm...so exercise is not a problem today! Just gotta stay the course and stay away from ice cream! I want to see the scale come down this week again!
