Day 4 of DFW Madness!! I'm doing okay...slipped a little yesterday and had 4 mini eggs. We ended up eating out last night after doing the chores at my parents farm. We went to a Harveys/Swiss Chalet. I use to get a cheeseburger with bacon loaded with all the toppings, a fries smothered in gravy and a large soda but last night I was good and had the grilled chicken sandwich with no mayo, a side salad with a tiny amount of dressing and waited until we got home to have some water. I did this because of the DFW challenge...plus I wanted to keep my calorie intake reasonable!! We also slacked yesterday and didn't go for our lunch time walk/run. So, I've managed to exercise twice this week and stay away from carbs for the most part, no soda and no cussing to the Amish! I will definitely get out today and go for a run at lunch time. The weather is much better today. I just want this tired feeling to go away. My DH thinks it's because I've been doing double duty for the last 2 weeks by going to work and doing the chores at my parents farm. Just a lot of running around. I don't know when it's going to end as my dad is not feeling up to par yet.
Well, a hope it's sunny today in your worlds!! Almost Friday!
