had to step on the scales 4 times to make sure they werent toying with me as i was still 75kg yesterday! i think they are having a sick joke with me some days? went for a brilliant 3mile run lastnight with the girls, going again tomoz with my group. its nice to be well again and active. cant decide what to do tonight? may do a bit home work out and work on this gut??
