I have done so much better today. I ate three meals and walked three miles. I feel better too. I had someone at church pray for me and I felt better. Decided to let go of the issue and live one day at a time. I also decided to take wieght loss slow because I don't want to end up with alot of stretch marks. I have been researching and the slower the weight loss the greater chance the skin has to retract. I dont know how true it is, but I am giving myself 6 months to lose 50 pounds. Then take the rest off as it comes.

I agree, the slower you lose also, the better chance you have a keeping it off! You can do this! You are off to a great start! Keep that great attitude!
