Today is weigh in day. I'll record it after I get up. (I work night shift) My belt just went in another notch. (3 so far) Right now my diet is cruising. I'm averaging about 1600 calories per day and I feel full after my meals. My cravings have been reduced My calories have been lower the last couple of days, because I don't eat if I'm not hungry. This is week 9 and it was near perfect! I'm peppy, able to concentrate, and my creativity is up. Success to all!
