Lots of singles from the kombucha cost savings. And last of the crab with onion, cheddar and scallion. 

So pretty and fancily rolled and garnished! Looks just scrumptious!

Oh haha, yes i do see it!!! Not sure what you mean by meal options though. 

There’s breakfast, lunch and dinner... this is brunch. 

Did you get my “secret” message, jengetfit123? I don’t use the website much, so I usually don’t get messages until much later. 

Keyten, your dinner last night reminds me I need to get more veggies for variety.

How we can meal plan for the week, and repeat exercises, how we can view the calorie averages...those are what I can think of off the top of my head.  

You know, Moopie, my aunt spent some time in a mental institution for seeing faces in objects.....of course, I see the smiley face. 🤓
