Day 9
Ohhh.... ok, the yoga and pilates are still making me sore, but at the same time it take me so much longer to get tired! And who says at-home work-outs don't work? (I work 6 days a week, so going to the gym is out!)
Excited! "Spring ahead challange" starts tomorrow! :)
