Day 10
Sticking to my plan! I have never had this much will power before, and it's wonderful. No arguing with myself over "I want this even though it's bad for me" or "I'll cheat today, diet later".
My brother's birthday is tomorrow, so I'll have a spike in my calories. BUT, NO binging! 1 (small!) peice of cake, and that's all!
