Thought I was feeling slimmer but wasn't sure ... weigh-in and body fat measurement w/trainer confirmed 3 lbs lost, and almost all of it fat! Cool! :)
140.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
