20 minutes of walking and tons of fruit today. Had an apple and banana plus a smoothie. Got my 8 oz of water too. Not happy that I went over in calories. Ate a lot of snacky candy at work and forgot to add some of it in when I was calculating what I had for the rest of the night. Not too far over though, and I'll try again tomorrow. P.S. Walking while reading a book makes the time go by so fast! Plus it makes you feel like Belle from Beauty and the Beast... Or maybe that's a bad thing. Lol.
