ok so I have slowed down in my weight loss now. Its a little frustrating, I was so happy when it was just falling off. I have kicked up the excercise, a step but nt sure whats going on. Wondering if I am not eating enough calories. I'm not hungry and I am eating what fills me up. I really wanted to have 10 pounds gone by today and I am only at 7.6. I swam a TON of laps yesterday and the pool non stop for 40 mins, then did a water aerobics class. Still doing my walking everyday, not as much as I could, but about 3 miles or so. and Yesterday rode my bike for a little bit. I dont know. Well I have been promising my daughter I would take her to chick-fil-a tonight cause her brother is doing cub scout stuff, I have to admit I have been very excited about it too. I havent had fast food in about 1 week and a half. anyway I dont know. Anybody have any suggestions to get me back dropping more than .6 lbs a day??

ur doing fine! but average weight loss (that will stay off) shoulding exceed 1% of ur weight a week.. so u shouldn't loose more than like 2 lbs a week on average. u'll lose a lot in teh first few weeks b/c of water retention and just waste that will come out of ur body.. but then ur body needs a shock.. with all ur activity u should make sure ur eating enough.. i had a stall b/c of that.. and once i up'd my calories i went back down. i'm trying really hard to lose 1 pound a week but i have to be ok if it doesn't happen. u'll have some weeks where u'll lose 3 or 4 a week.. some weeks wehre u won't lose any while ur body is trying to recover from losing too much. its kind of a science now.

I know but I am impatient and science sucks! I know the whole routine, I was just really diggin those pounds just falling right off! I'm still at it. I am craving everything today, I just want to eat all day long!!!

lol... umm.. they say (who the heck is they)... that eating more carbs vs proteins makes u hungrier faster? so to eat more protein.. that's wht i try to do but i have switched to 6 smaller meals a day (my snacks are my little meals).. today i had an errand to run so i was starving when i got back and my lunch was 2 tbsp of hummus and 1/2 cup of cucumber slices.. ummm.. not very filling .. but then i ate it with my "snack" which was a cup of cottage cheese and sugar free jam.. cottage cheese has tons of protein so i am still full. i think once u get to know what works for ur body u'll figure out where u need to lean more towards as far as carbs vs protein. if u guys are that physical you probably need to start the morning with a nice sized protein filled breakfast and u'll find not being as hungry during the day.. once i switched to 6 meals i'm never hungry unless i just can't get to my food.

yeah I do need to get that going. I have started, I have been making myself eat an egg in the morning, i just really dont like egg yolks so I have just been eating the whites but that takes out some of the protien. today was a tough day, didnt get much exercise in, and I ate chick fil a, can I just say it was like THE best meal I have had in ohh a long time! I needed it, but it pushed me over 1400 cal today so without most of my usual exercise, I am afraid its just gonna sit. so I am going to do my pilates tonight, but they dont burn a whole lot and I have my walk, but iddint make it to the pool for my usual laps and such. hopefully this wont stick too much but the kids have been SOOO good trucking through this too that I had promised them chick fil a like a week ago and Elena was flippin out she was so excited. So i just gotta get back on track for tomorrow and load up on my exercise. UGH!!! why cant it be as easy to take off as it is to put on??? oh well, what else is like cottage cheese only not gross? anyway hopefully one day somewhat soon it will be noticeable to more people than just me! I gotta keep on! thanks for the words! Happy Anniversary, hope yall have fun tomorrow
