Feel awful today having not followed any semblence of a proper diet last week, particularly over the weekend.
I'm determined to get back on track this week and log everything carefully - something I've been failing to do.
Haven't been concentrating or putting anywhere near enough effort in.
I haven't been snacking in between main meals which is having an adverse effect - I'm eating too much at meal times and not keeping my metabolism up during the day. Also far more likely to eat the wrong thing when I do snack.
Haven't been planning my meals either.
Re-doing all my weight loss goal charts as if starting from today. My drive was strongest when I was just starting out. I haven't used my exercise diary/planner in months and that was a good motivator for getting myself to the gym.
