so it is now Thursday and so far it has been a good week. When I weighed in today, the system told me I was loosing weight too quickly...but what about all those times when I only lost a little. I guess I will keep an eye on it but shouldn't I be happy to be loosing?
I also noticed today that not only did my starting weight change but my diet start date changed. While talking with a friend of mine, she figures it was when I loaded the fat secret app on my IPod and started using it, a new diet was started. I'm ok with that because at that time, I was only about 5 pounds down from my original start weight and I feel like I have started again. I feel re-energized now and feeling great.
