I just did a Jillian Michaels workout. I feel better but believe it or not, I feel very ill.
I hope I'll feel better tomorrow. I know I can do this.

Which work out are you doing? I starts the Jillian Michael's 30 day shred today. By time I finished, I felt like my heart wasgoing to beat right out of my chest! I thought it would be nice to have someone to talk to. I plan on doing this workout 5 days a week for at least the 30 days.

I did the 6 week abs six pack because I feel really bad around the middle. The 30 day shred is really good. On better days I can do that one without a problem. It takes a few days and then you get into it. I'll do it tomorrow, I'm sure I will feel much better. Keep doing it! We can do it together! :-) LOL!
