Realised I haven't had eggs for the past couple of days, so made up for it today.. Chickens are still laying well, not yet given up for the summer moult.
Fresh Newquay mackerel for dinner, or sirloin steak. will cook the mackerel anyway, best cooked fresh, even if eaten cold.
Nice.
